The Annual Autumn Emmet Lecture will take place at 7pm in St. Catherine’s Church on Thomas Street in Dublin 8.

This year the lecture entitled “Giving Arthur Griffith His Due” will be presented by Dr. Pat Wallace, former Director of the National Museum of Ireland.

The event is organised each year to commemorate the execution of Rober Emmet. The event will be attended by representatives of the Emmet Family and representatives of other families whose ancestors were executed along with Robert Emmet for their part in the ill-fated 1803 rebellion.
